ThEd – Low-Code/No-Code Theme Editor for Semantic IoT Networks

As part of the research and development project “ThEd”, Peeriot is extending its IoT platform with a Low-Code/No-Code Theme Editor and an intelligent Execution Planner for self-organizing IoT networks.

The objective of the project is to simplify the configuration, management, and orchestration of distributed IoT systems through semantic modeling, visual workflows, and automated task distribution.

The project focuses in particular on:

• the development of an ontology-based description language,
• a visual Theme Editor for IoT networks,
• and an Execution Planner for efficient process distribution across distributed systems.

The project contributes to improving interoperability, usability, and resource efficiency in modern IoT infrastructures.
